This Licence Agreement replaces all prior Licence/Copy/Liability/Disclaimer
Agreements prior to May 14, 2004 for the following software programs:
Natural Healing Introduction, Natural Healing (main program), Homeopathy, Herbs,
Side-Effects, MDB, Nutrition, Wellness, Cancer, Awareness, Yoga, Chakras, Yantras,
and Naturheilkunde.

Special Rights:
Within your own home or small business:
You may use one copy of this Software on two computers.
Otherwise, the licence is only for a single computer.
You may copy this Software only for your own Backup archival purposes.
If you loose the registration key for this licence a new number will be supplied.

Loss of Data, Loss of Information, Damage to database:
To prevent loss of data within the main modules, a free databank module
(MDB: Database-Tools) has been added to the Collection.
You can enter all your information into this databank. However, you are also
responsible for backup and securing the information you are adding to this databank.
In case any loss of data or information has occured, Zentrum Publishing cannot be
held responsible for such loss of any stored information.

This program and the information it contains is NOT Public domain, is NOT Shareware,
and is NOT Freeware. If a single software program, as part of the Natural Healing
Collection, is classified as Freeware, it does not mean that the information is free to
use in any publication of any kind. You may not use text, pictures, graphics, or photos
for any commercial or public use without prior written consent.
You may NOT use this Software for any commercial purposes!
You may NOT sublicense, rent, lease, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble,

Publishing. Use of photos, pictures or graphics require prior written permission.
Any sharing of any information included with any of our software programs is
your responsibility and at your own risk.

Software Advertising Program:
This offer refers to the advertising program as outlined in the software program
Natural Healing Introduction.
We reserve the right to select which company and website is suitable for this
type of advertising. We will refuse any website with questionable content.

Samples for questionable content include:
Obscene, pornagraphic, discriminating, demeaning and other objectional material.

We will also refuse companies or websites involved with 'spamming'.

Advertisers:
Advertiser refers to any company and person Zentrum Publishing has accepted as
Advertiser by adding pages of products, advertisments and contact information to
a Freeware software program.
You are not allowed (forbidden) to claim that you own the software program.
You are not allowed to claim that you are in any way the producer or programmer
of the software program.
You are not allowed to claim that you are in any way affiliated with Zentrum Publishing.

Zentrum Publishing retains all rights to this software program.

The first three advertising pages are FREE.
Any further page involves a small one-time fee which is for labor only and is,
therefore, non-refundable.

The Advertiser will indemnify and save harmless Zentrum Publishing against and from
any and all claims by or on behalf of any person arising from the conduct of management
of the business undertaken through the Internet of otherwise and will further indemnify
and save harmless Zentrum Publishing and its owners from any and all claims arising
from any business dealings of the Advertiser.
The Advertiser agrees with strict performance of any of the terms, conditions,
restrictions and covenants herein.

Any FAILURE of the terms, conditions, restrictions and covenants is in direct breach
with this agreement and will lead to a termination of all business relationships with
Zentrum Publishing.

Customer and Purchaser of Advertised Products:
Zentrum Publishing is in no way affiliated with the Advertiser.
Zentrum Publishing may not know the products sold, may not know all web pages of
the advertiser and may not even know, due to the nature of the Internet, where the
country of origin is of the Advertiser.
If any objectionable or harmful product is purchased by the Customer, it is at the
Customer's own risk. Any claims you may feel you have as a Customer should and
must be directed towards the Company you purchased from. Zentrum Publishing has
no affliliation with any of the Advertisers.

Disclaimer of Damages:
In no event will Zentrum Publishing be held responsible for any kind of perceivable harm.
Zentrum Publishing will not be liable to you for any special, consequential, indirect or
similar damages to the your Software, Hardware, Finances, Body, Mind, Soul, Family,
Friends, Visitors, Children, Animals, Co-workers, or Strangers.

Disclaimer of Responsibility:
Even so we believe that the information contained in THIS SOFTWARE program is
correct, neither Zentrum Publishing nor any of the Pharmaceutical or Medical Advisors
resume any responsibility for the correctness of any of the information.

outdated with the software program. Only the most recent licence agreement will be valid.

This License Agreement will be govened by the laws of the
Province of Saskatchewan, Canada.
The software programs mentioned in this Licence agreement are the property of
Zentrum Publishing and Zentrum Publishing continues to own the software. At the same
time, however, we acknowledge your rights as outlayed in the agreement above.
Zentrum Publishing also acknowledges special rights as a result of special laws or
limitations set by various countries.
In no case shall Zentrum Publishing's Liability exceed the purchase price of the software.
